Second Feature Series: Using Information in Government" -- explains the importance of data quality management; and (6) "Electronic Benefit Transfer System" -- the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), under a contract with Citibank EBT services, is implementing an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) System to deliver public assistance cash and food stamp benefits through the existing electronic commerce infrastructure.
