Does the Development of Mass Education Necessarily Mean the End of Quality?
Lomas, Laurie
Quality in Higher Education, v8 n1 p71-79 Apr 2002
Four of Harvey and Green's five definitions of quality are used as a framework to examine whether "massification" is hurting educational quality.
