This study investigated self efficacy and some demographic variables as predictors of occupational stress among primary school teachers in Delta State. Three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The study adopted a descriptive survey design that utilized an expost-facto research type. A sample of one hundred and twenty primary school teachers was sampled for the study through simple random sampling. Questionnaire was the main instrument used and the data collected was analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation, multiple regressions and other descriptive statistics. From the analysis, it was discovered that self efficacy, gender and experience were predictors of stress. Some recommendations were made.
