After the Tragedy: Caring for the Caregivers
Crepeau-Hobson, Franci; Kanan, Linda M.
Phi Delta Kappan, v95 n4 p33-37 Dec 2013-Jan 2014

However, added support and encouragement to help adults cope will increase their capacity to address the educational and emotional needs of students. School staff members are best equipped to care for others when their own needs have been met.
