Explores issues related to the expanding role of school psychologists in the delivery of school health care services. Licensing, credentialing, and federal and state legislation will complicate legal, professional, and ethical issues relating to integrated services. The funding mechanisms established to support a reformed American health care system will also affect the psychologist's role as health care provider. (JPS)
