The Effects of Correlated Errors on Generalizability and Dependability Coefficients.
Bost, James E.
Applied Psychological Measurement, v19 n2 p191-203 Jun 1995

Two specific error correlation structures were examined. Conditions under which underestimation and overestimation occur are discussed. (SLD)
