Mentoring Beginning Teachers: A Qualitative Analysis of Process and Outcomes.
Ballantyne, Roy; And Others
Educational Review, v47 n3 p297-307 Nov 1995
Reflections of 16 beginning teachers and 9 who served as "buddy" mentors showed that the mentors provided personal and emotional support and task-related and problem-related assistance and advice.
