Found the United Kingdom's "Six Es" for preventing child accidents useful as a planning strategy: Education, Engineering, Enforcement, Environment, Evaluation, Enthusiasm. Found home-by-home safety surveys useful and necessary adjuncts to reduction of home accident rates. (ET)
