The Relationship between Social Contact and Comfort with Social Interaction among Student Ethnic Groups.

Examined amount of variability of contact 5 ethnic groups (n=284) had with other groups at Oregon State University, and the relationship between contact and comfort. Results showed contact responses followed demographic composition of the student body. All groups reported comfort with each other, but statistical differences were noted. Comfort and contact generally correlated positively. (JBJ)
