Towards Maximizing Instructional Time: The Nature and Extent of Externally-Imposed Classroom Interruptions.
Leonard, Lawrence J.
Journal of School Leadership, v9 n5 p454-74 Sep 1999

Frequency of class intrusions may be underestimated, and more concerted efforts may be necessary to address the problem. (MLH)
