Effective Counselor: Characteristics and Attitudes
Jackson, Mozelle; Thompson, Charles L.
Journal of Counseling Psychology, 18, 3, 249-254, May 71

This relationship between attitudes and performance suggests that counselor trainees might work on personal attitude change and self-analysis as much as they do on counseling techniques. (Author)
