The catalog is produced in a loose-leaf format to allow for annual updates, and each resource is listed numerically by project number. Comprehensive multiple indexing allows searching by name (sponsor and author), title, and subject. Each resource entry contains the following information: title, sponsor, address, telephone, FAX, contact person, product type, language, author or editor, availability, and abstract. (AP)
