Group results are summarized, and the responses of each focus group member on each of five questions are presented. The Task D190 report presents the results of a written focus group on five questions about panelists' experiences with communications technology for this purpose, potential uses, potential for improving the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of assessment, specific technologies holding the most promise, possible difficulties in developing and implementing communications technology for assessment.
