A list of helpful contacts regarding workplace literacy programs and 12-item resource list conclude the guide. Accompanying the guide is a set of information/guidelines sheets on the following topics: working for change, facts and figures, defining literacy and dispelling myths, first steps, key partnerships, and making words work.
