This publication summarizes 50 research studies published by the TAFE (Technical and Further Education) National Centre for Research and Development Ltd., Australia. The document is presented in 10 sections. The first section provides an overview of the Centre's work and its publications, describing how best to use them. Sections 2-6 consist of summaries of the year's published research. The materials reviewed are categorized as follows: in-house research/core grant; in-house research/outside funded; commissioned projects; seed research; and miscellaneous publications. Section 7 lists the regular publications, and section 8 lists current research. Section 9 lists conference papers presented by research staff, and section 10 shows which papers were published in journals not produced by the Centre. Each entry in the digest consists of an overview of the research publications followed by bibliographic details: TAFE number author, publication date, title, number of pages, International Standard Book Number, format (paper or microfiche), availability, and price.
