Following a brief introductory discussion concerning organizations, activities, and agreements that promote exchanges between the United States and the Soviet Union, this document provides: (1) an annotated bibliography of 18 ERIC documents and books on cultural, scientific, and educational exchanges between the U.S. and the U.S.S.R.; and (2) a bibliography of 70 journal and magazine articles that address the same subject.
