Question-answer worksheets for participants' comments are provided for use in discussion sessions concerning: role conflict between boards and administrators; perceptions of public schools; descriptions of the school system, now and in 5 years; ranking of board actions; ranking of the role of schools; ranking of a superintendent by degrees of authority; and an exercise that matches priority needs against available resources.
