The second part of a two-part course in technical communications, the guide contains 8 units dealing with the following aspects of employability and interpersonal relations: finding a job, writing a resume, composing a cover letter, filling out a job application form, handling a job interview, and developing human relations, self-improvement, and nonverbal communication skills.
