Historically Black Colleges and Universities Fact Book. Volume III, Public Colleges/Graduate Schools.

Information included on the individual fact sheets is summarized on a matrix that covers the institution's geographic orientation, type/size, educational orientation, learning resources, other facilities, training/workshop experience, collaborative arrangements, and future programs and research interests. A second matrix summarizes each institution's research and evaluation experience and capability.
