This document consists of 81 microcomputer software package evaluations prepared for the MicroSIFT (Microcomputer Software and Information for Teachers) Clearinghouse at the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory (NWREL) and distributed during 1983 as "sets" 6, 7, and 8. The concise, single-sheet resume describing and evaluating each software package results from an evaluation process that uses a network of established educational institutions and consortia (SIFTnet). Each review lists source, cost, ability level, subject, topic, medium of transfer, required hardware, required software, instructional purpose, instructional techniques, documentation available, instructional objectives (stated), instructional prerequisites (inferred), content and structure, estimated student time required, potential uses, major strengths, and major weaknesses. An evaluation summary rates packages on 21 criteria).
