These learning modules are part of a series of instructional materials designed for use by trainers working with vocational middle-level managers interested in improving their managerial skills. Addressed in the individual modules are the following topics: conducting problem-solving meetings, expanding creativity, and team building. Each module contains a module overview, a primary goal, sub-goals with accompanying unit objectives and suggested activities, related materials and resources, and a bibliography. Included among the types of instructional materials provided in the modules are lists of tasks that must be mastered in order to execute the managerial practice under examination, guidelines for completing the individual tasks, lectures, transparency masters, and an evaluation instrument.
