Handbook for Caregivers: And Away We Go!
This handbook, designed to assist a beginning Head Start caregiver, includes guidelines for planning and organizing class activities in order to meet the individual child's needs and interests. First, the document outlines some effective ways for dealing with discipline problems, planning classroom sessions, encouraging the child's self-selection of activities, and working with parents.
