This pamphlet is intended to be a guide to the development and implementation of the home economics and industrial arts components of a multicultural, non-sexist curriculum. Included are the rationale and philosophy of the curriculum plan, the legal requirements as defined by the Iowa State Board of Education, the goals and objectives of the curriculum plan, a self-evaluation checklist, a bibliography of resource materials, and a list of resource organizations.
