The University of Cincinnati Alumni Association's 1980 annual report on Minority Resource Day is presented. The objectives of the event are to increase minority participation in the services offered by the Career Resource Center. Minority Resource Day is designed to provide minority students, alumni, and community members interested in various occupations the opportunity to talk with minority professionals employed in these occupations. An attempt is made to recruit minority students and enlist alumni and community representatives as career advisers. Minority Resource Day takes place during the week-long Black Arts Festival. Results of the advisee and adviser evaluations of the day, sample evaluation forms, and unedited advisee comments are included.
