The manual is designed for a three hour training session to help participants become aware of P.L. 94-142 (the Education for All Handicapped Children Act) aid its implications, be presented with frameworks to be utilized when planning for and implementing P.L. 94-142, and practice generating strategies and procedures which help to facilitate implementation of P.L. 94-142.
