Arts In-Service for Handicapped Children: Leadership Development Project. Final Report.

A 3 year project to develop model inservice arts education training for those working with handicapped children and youth is described. Planning, design, and evaluation aspects are briefly considered. Accomplishments are listed for each of three years, and include a literature search, competency survey, newsletter, conferences, resource manuals, a technical assistance system, and various publications and media.
