Data on the total revenue and expenses of the provincially-assisted universities of Ontario, Canada, for the fiscal year ended April 30, 1980 are presented. This volume includes those 22 colleges and universities affiliated or federated with the provincially-assisted universities. A separate volume (HE 013 384) includes 21 institutions that receive provincial grants directly from the government. Summary information for affiliated and federated institutions is presented as follows: total actual revenue and expense by type of current fund; excess of revenue over expense before and after appropriations; total revenue by source of revenue and type of fund; percentage of operating revenue by source and by institution; percentage analysis of total revenue and total expenses by type of fund and by institution; total expenses (all funds) by type of fund and object of expense; actual operating expenses by object of expense and functional area; percentage of operating expenses by object of expense and by institution; percentage of operating expenses by functional area and by institution; percentage analysis of revenues by source and by type of fund; percentage analysis of expenses by object of expense, by functional area, and by type of fund.
