The following section covers procedures such as planning for implementation of the telecourse, securing approval for the telecourse, deciding on the credit and grade options the course will carry, arranging broadcast time, forecasting costs, defining the role of the faculty and providing services for them, and developing effective recruitment and registration techniques. The third section focuses on techniques for maintaining enrollment and ensuring that the learning experience for the students taking the telecourse will be positive and successful. The final section contains methods for evaluating the telecourse and suggestions for using telecourses after their initial broadcasts.
