This individualized learning module on multivibrators is one in a series of modules for a course in basic electricity and electronics. The course is one of a number of military-developed curriculum packages selected for adaptation to vocational instructional and curriculum development in a civilian setting. Three lessons are included in the module: (1) Bistable Multivibrator Operation (Flip-Flop), (2) Astable Multivibrator Operation (Free-Running), and (3) Monostable Multivibrator Operation (One-Shot). Each lesson follows a typical format including a lesson overview, a list of study resources, the lesson content, a programmed instruction section, and a lesson summary.
