Exploring Issues in Teacher Education: Questions for Future Research.
Hall, Gene E., Ed.; And Others
Papers generated for a conference called to identify and establish priorities for crucial, researchable issues in teacher education are presented. The conference was organized around two dimensions of teacher education: the education continuum (preservice/induction/inservice), and seven topic areas. The topic areas were: content, process, professionals as learners, collaboration, context, research, and change/dissemination. The presenters' overviews of the research in the topic area are followed by several specialists' presentations focused on specific research questions arising in that area. (JD)
