Narrative descriptions of activities in 10 areas of Project FAITH (Family Assistance for Infants and Toddlers with Handicaps) and results of the 1977-1978 project year evaluation are presented. Cost figures, strategy activities, significant findings, recommendations, personnel responsible, product development information, and continuation plans are provided for each of the 10 following activity areas: (1) child identification, (2) individual assessment, (3) IEP (individualized educational programs) development, (4) individualized instruction, (5) related services, (6) IEP review, (7) parent involvement, (8) service coordination, (9) resource delivery, and (10) personnel development. Evaluative data are categorized into five sections: pupil identification, educational programing, parental involvement, staff development training, and project evaluation. Among five conclusions drawn was that the project fulfilled all objectives and planned actitivies in a satisfactory manner. Evaluation specification charts, a chart of the distribution of students served (by counties), cost analysis data, product development information, and a dissemination activities report are appended.
