Literature on teaching deductive logic in grades 7 through 12 is reviewed. The fourteen studies included in the review are presented in tabular form. For each study, the following information is given: (1) author, date, student grade; (2) logical principles taught; (3) success claimed for the method; (4) experimental design; (5) criterion measure; (6) strengths of the teaching methods; and (7) weaknesses.
