This annotated bibliography describes media and materials on the subject of arts and handicapped persons, including books, recordings, films, and materials transcribed in braille and large print. Only materials produced since 1970 are listed; the many articles, magazines, and dissertations that were published in this period are not included. Sections of the document are Reviews of Printed Materials, Bibliographies (which enable searchers to locate older editions of materials), Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Music, Recorded Materials, Media, Films for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired People, and Mixed Media.
