This manual is a resource guide on energy conservation for teaching mathematics from grades seven to twelve. It contains 25 student activities which are grouped into four goal oriented units. The main objectives of the project are to increase the student's understanding that: (1) Natural laws limit energy availability; (2) Energy consumption affects both man and his environment; (3) Human values and attitudes affect energy usage; and (4) Energy consumption is necessary to maintain our life style.
