An Introduction to Dynamic Systems and Feedback.
Rabins, Michael J.
This introduction to dynamic systems is intended for freshman and sophomore students in engineering, physical science, or social science. Material has been class tested and has led to increased student interest in further work in systems analysis and operations research. Notes are written for the student and are self-contained. Material can be covered in about 15 lectures and should be followed by additional problem work. Topics covered include input/output causality, causality and problem formation modeling, solution of first order equations, second order systems, and closed loop feedback systems. Appendices provide additional information. (Author/RE)
