File maintenance and update procedures for organizing these data are described for film titles, vendors, and prices. Also provided are a film library data element dictionary, explanations of the data elements for program coding sheets, and lists of file and record layouts and system output formats, including programs for film usage by academic department, departmental film budget expenditure, use date, film title reports, and film vendor labels.
