The seven sections discuss: (1) the development of the statement; (2) guidelines for avoiding charges of irresponsible practice; (3) qualifications of test users (those who select, administer, score, or interpret tests); (4) test selection; (5) test administration; (6) test interpretation--including scores, norms, reliability, and validity; and (7) communication of test results.
