This publication is made available as a service to college personnel and others interested in approved teacher education programs in Texas colleges and universities. The first section lists college approved programs in alphabetical order by institution. In the second section a list of programs for areas of specialization are listed by institution and sectionalized by grade level. The third section provides a listing of institutions with approved competency based education programs. The names of deans and directors of teacher education in Texas are included as well as the names of certification officers in each institution. (JD)
