Proceedings of the Invitational Conference on Testing Problems (New York, New York, November 3, 1962).
The first topic of the conference was creativity. Papers delivered were Knowledge and Creativity by Theodore C. Denise and Hobert W. Burns; Potentiality for Creativity and Its Measurement, by J. P. Guilford; and Some Methodological Issues in the Study of Creativity by Robert L. Thorndike. In the second session, a paper on comparability of scores was entitled: Can Useful General-Purpose Equivalency Tables be Prepared for Different College Admissions Tests? by William H. Angoff. The third session dealt with processing educational data and consisted of two papers: Information Systems in the Educational Environment, by Charles R. De Carlo; and The Role of Machines in Education Decision Making, by Ralph W. Tyler. The luncheon address, entitled Approaches to the Measurement of Intellectual Disposition, was delivered by T. R.
