Computer Instructional Aids for Undergraduate Control Education. 1978 Edition.
Volz, Richard A.; And Others
This work represents the development of computer tools for undergraduate students. Emphasis is on automatic control theory using hybrid and digital computation. The routine calculations of control system analysis are presented as students would use them on the University of Michigan's central digital computer and the time-shared graphic terminals such as Computek, Tektronix 4002 or 4010. Root locus frequency response and time response are given. The hybrid computation system is time-shared by five terminals, each of which independently examines a variety of problems which may be last in the framework of the general system. (Author/SA)
