This packet of questionnaires and guides is designed to garner information about public opinion concerning policy for guiding the National Institute of Education's (NIE) curriculum activities. (4) Should NIE help implement new curricula? (5) Who should plan curriculum activities with NIE? (6) How much curriculum leadership should NIE exert? (7) Who should perform curriculum activities for NIE? (8) Should NIE emphasize research, development, or implementation?
