Statistical data on college and university admissions and enrollment in New York State for fall 1977 are presented. The publication includes 15 tables pertaining to degree-credit and noncredit enrollment and four tables summarizing undergraduate and graduate admissions. Tables include the following information: a summary of degree-credit and noncredit enrollment; enrollment by institution; undergraduate enrollment (other than organized occupational and excluding unclassified); organized occupational enrollment by subject area; unclassified enrollment; first-professional enrollment by subject area; enrollment in master's degree programs by subject area; enrollment in doctoral degree programs by subject area; unclassified graduate enrollment; and graduate certificate enrollment.
