This booklet provides enrollment and transportation guides for those planning a new Lutheran high school. Suggestions are made for ways of projecting enrollment prior to the initial opening of school and an enrollment projection method is outlined that can be used in ensuing years. Recruiting strategies are listed and samples provided of a letter to elementary school principals, a news release, a student survey, and a parent interest form. The transportation strategies section suggests specific steps to assess student transportation needs and options to consider before establishing a transportation policy. (Author/MLF)
