This booklet provides guides for the organization planning subcommittee for a new Lutheran high school. Included is a sample of an association constitution including articles of incorporation and bylaws. Other examples are given of the Lutheran high school philosophy and Lutheran high school goals. A sample job description for the first administrator is intended to provide a beginning point for the subcommittee in drafting a final document.
