Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod, St. Louis, MO.; Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, Milwaukee.

The board is encouraged to establish ad hoc committees to continue all planning activities initiated by the steering committee in the areas of organization, enrollment, financing, site development, and instruction. This handbook contains a job description of each ad hoc committee's responsibilities, a sequential list of major activities, suggestions for involving people, communications ideas and procedures, and references to other available materials. Also defined is the interrelationship between the board of directors and the church structure. (Author/MLF)
