This booklet describes the role and activities of the steering committee and its subcommittees during the survey phase and planning phase of a new Lutheran high school. All the steps that are to be taken in determining the feasibility of starting a new Lutheran high school in the community are outlined. Other information includes a job description for the steering committee and five subcommittees, a sequential list of each major activity and its subpoints, suggestions of whom to involve, suggested communication procedures, sources of information, and references to other materials that are available.
