The teacher inservice program described here is intended to familiarize the participant with the behavioral and learning characteristics of classroom children who have specific learning disabilities. Subjects covered include visual and auditory perception and learning; remediation of specific language, reading, and writing problems; and motor and arithmetic disabilities. This descriptive report provides information on the purposes and content of the program as well as activities and resources involved.
