The State Legislative Process and Higher Education.

Five papers from a conference on the state legislative process and higher education are presented. The authors of the papers are experts experienced in relationships between the campus and the capitol, including a governor, the chairperson of a senate education committee, the former director of the Educational Commission of the States, and an executive director of NCHEMS.
