Presented in this document are brief reports on different aspects of educational finance, elementary and secondary education programs, advances made in higher and professional education, services in cultural education, and changing needs in vocational rehabilitation. Advances in higher and professional education reported on include services for nontraditional students, professional licensing and conduct, aid to independent colleges, equal access programs, aid to students, and assuring educational quality.
