The proceedings of the fall conference of the Eastern Association for Physical Education of College Women includes articles and overviews of mini-sessions. The workshop on the current status of career alternative programs in physical education is addressed by Judy Jensen, and gerontology and physical education is covered by Helen Knierim. Exercise specialists, career options, and curricula outside of teaching are discussed by Ronald S. Feingold. Theodore W. H. Johnson discusses employment in correctional institutions and cooperative education projects, and Bonnie A. Beck addresses problems and concerns associated with alternate career options. In "Interaction: A Process Orientation," Anne Griffiths discusses group sessions as a process that uses interaction in student learning. Betty Spears summarizes the "Write-On" mini-session that involved 16 women in a discussion on their problems in writing. In "Administration in Athletics and Physical Education," Hazel Walker and Eleanor Lemaire outline the pros and cons of separate and combined departments for athletics and physical education. In "Structuring Support Systems for Professional Women," Donna Shavlik discusses the advancement of women in higher education administration. (SW)
